Well I am pleased this week, over half of the holiday flab has gone despite no exercise (I've had a bad cold all week and NO energy whatsoever). If this carries on next week, it will have taken me 2 weeks to lose what it took me 2 weeks to put on. Makes sense.
Tonight will not be good diet-wise though.... Going to a party, and good food and a few drinks WILL be consumed, there is no two ways about it, lol.
