Yes, yes, yesssss!!! I upped the fat intake this week (I've added more real butter in my cooking and have been snacking on pork scratchings!) to encourage a bigger loss - and it certainly did the trick. I ♥ low carb eating!
I am now less than 4 kg /9 lbs away from having a "normal" BMI!
